The only thing you need to know is that your job in life is to keep your seed phrase, make it so only you know it and nobody else knows it ... If your seed phase becomes known to another person, that's a state change to the universe. There's nothing you can do. You can't change any passwords. You can't move it anywhere. It is now known, and you cannot put that Genie back in the bottle.

The only gift I really have is that I can see straight into your heart ... That allows me to tune into a frequency. That's how I describe it now. It's a frequency that everyone has, and it requires a deep concentration to get into that frequency. But if you can do it, then you open up a whole world of that person's humanity.

If you're serious all the time, you'll burn out before you get any other really serious work done. You can do serious work without taking yourself and it too seriously, because if you do that, you just burn out. I have yet to see a single exception.

When I started with NFTs, it was like 2019. Ethereum wasn't even that valuable at the time, and there wasn't nearly as much hype around NFTs as there is now. But I saw the potential for it, and I just knew it would be big. I didn't think it would be [as] financially big as it is now. I didn't think people would be paying millions for Punks, but I knew there was a potential for the technology there.

When you're on your deathbed, all that matters is the truth. And I find that really powerful. And think about it: When all is said and done, and your life is over, and you're about to say good night, what are you really going to be thinking about at that time? You're going to be thinking about the most profound, sincere, truthful things in your life for better or worse.

At the end of the day, NFTs should be fun. This is a collecting experience. If it's not bringing a smile to your face, you're doing something wrong.

If you really, really want to invest into a meme coin, then just make sure that your base is covered in terms of portfolio ... If you want to invest into crypto, don't start with a meme coin, but if your base is covered... then spend that five, ten percent of your portfolio, and throw it into a meme coin. Give that FOMO a bit of an avenue, and just invest into that small meme coin.

The seed phrase is a single, central, core secret. And then, using math—the math is actually called Bip44—what you can do is you can run math on that seed phrase to generate you an account ... An Ethereum account is an address a public key and a private key. So, account 1 has an address, public key, private key. Account 2 has an address, public key, private key. And you can generate as many of those as you like.

The idea that you can see your seed phrase in plain text on your computer screen should make you scratch your head ... That means this seed phrase is now clean text, visible on a device that's connected to the Internet that could be running arbitrary software ... That seed phrase, no matter what you do or how you treat it from that point onward, it can only get to, like, a 3 out of 10 on the security level.

Almost every project right now... are doing too many short-term behavior moves to sustain the floor price or the momentum all at the detriment of the project in the long run.

I don't think anybody should put money into speculative anything for any type of important output. It's just too risky ... If you want something safe, NFTs ain't it, folks.

The more we share, the more we connect and the more we see that our thoughts are not so, so different. We have a lot to share in terms of goals, in terms of dreams.

[Edward Snowden] said, 'Loneliness can be a terrifying thing, especially when you've been robbed of all the people that you love. But loneliness can also be an empowering thing, because when you're lonely, there is nothing but a wall of silence. 'Listen to the silence' he said, 'and you just might hear the voices of history talking to you.'

The NFT world has to broadcast to an audience, and that's kind of the main difference ... You're on Discord, you're tweeting, you're doing podcasts, you're in the media, you are reaching an audience. An artwork can just stay in one person's house for a decade and never be seen, locked away. In that way, the NFT world is better.

I think DAOs are almost like gardens, So, you have some intentionality on what you are doing there, but the final outcome is outside of your control in a sense. So, you have to to create the right environment for the thing you want to grow, but ultimately, this is going to be an organic process.

The danger we face with this NFT fascination is that we might be measuring the success and development of NFTs in the wrong way. I think that, if you're just going to look at how much money did it make, I think you're missing the point. For me, what's really interesting about NFTs is that it's another great channel to stimulate respectful debate and to tell some stories that will bring people back together to a shared experience and a central space.

Art is not dependent on where you sell it; art is art. So, the very first thing the artist needs to think about is what they want to make that they're proud of it.

Because to be a great leader, you have to think of yourself not as a person of fame, authority, success, financial strength; you have to think of yourself as a servant. If you want to know what is to be powerful, do something that helps someone else, and the feeling you get is just extraordinary.

All of these usability pains—and there are so many of them—in web3 today, of course they're going to get worked out. It'll take 10 years, but they will ultimately get worked out, and your identity will be in your wallet, of course; your passport will be a digital document, of course.
