How to Keep a Growth Mindset When Your Life Is on "Hold"

The words you speak into existence guide you to the direction of your life—guide you into negative opportunities or positive ones; guide you into abundance or scarcity.

We must go in some direction—any direction is better than no direction. It doesn't matter if it works out perfectly, but moving forward is the key.

Make sure you're your biggest cheerleader. A lot of us say horrible things to ourselves in our mind that you would never say to your best friend, but you don't treat yourself like a best friend. So, stop treating yourself like an enemy with the negative words and thoughts you speak in your mind.
