A k-hole is what's used to describe the subjective experience of when somebody takes ketamine, typically recreationally, and they end up in basically a pseudo-anesthetize state. What that means is that they took a dosage that, for them, put them beyond the boundary of the sub-anesthetic dose and has them transitioning into the anesthesia level dose of
ketamine.
