I think having a sense of urgency is very beneficial, and understanding that your time is limited can aid you greatly. I think knowing that this is a temporary time [and] that we have finite lifespans—I think there's great power in that because it motivates you [and] gets you going ... One of the things that makes life so interesting and fascinating is that it doesn't last. You really get a brief amount of time here.

When I see the way the government's behaving, the suppression of monoclonal antibodies, the demonizing of generic treatments that are available, whether it's hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin, there's a concerted effort to demonize treatments that many, many, many doctors are using and countries are using. There's fuckery going on, man. 'Brought to you by Pfizer.' If you watch the root of this fuckery, it's real clear.

That's the thing that I use for everything is the brutal exercise. My exercise routines are horrible. And because of that, everything else is easier. I create my own bullshit, and my own bullshit is so much harder. And it's not just that—it's also sauna and cold plunge. Torture sessions, enduring those, when you endure those, it makes enduring other things much easier.

Biden shakes hands with people that aren't even there when he gets off stage. I think he's seeing ghosts. You see him on Jimmy Kimmel the other day? He was just rambling. If he was anyone else, if he was a Republican, if that was Donald Trump doing that, every fucking talk show would be screaming for him to be off the air.

That's the bright side of tragedy -when you come through it, you really have an appreciation for the moments without tragedy.

They point to all these different countries all around the world that have experienced very low rates of COVID. Why does Japan use Ivermectin? Why do all these other countries use it? Why is CNN pretending it's a veterinary medication when more people have taken Ivermectin than their are horses on planet Earth. It's fucking nuts.

People need a certain amount of conflict and a certain amount of struggle and they create that struggle if they don't get it in some sort of an organic form

First of all, I have what you call 'fuck you money,' and if you have fuck you money and you don't say fuck you, what's the point of having the fuck you money? You're wasting it.

This isn't a vaccine; it's a gene therapy. That's part of the problem. It's kind of an experimental thing. I mean, the experiment is massive now—it's billions and billions of people worldwide. But it's essentially experimental in terms of long-term health consequences.

You are not your past. You might have done some things in the past that you wish you hadn't done - don't dwell on them, you learn from it.

Humans have the tendency to run from boredom and discomfort by pulling out our phones

Get out there and hustle...It's important not just for success, but it's important for your head, it's important for your friendships, and it's important for your life.

There are far too many people that get sucked into living a life where you're just doing a job. You're just showing up and putting in your time and then going home, but you don't have a passion for what you're doing, and I think that's the recipe for a boring and very unfulfilling life.

They seem to think that, at a low number, like a conservative number, it's like 1 per 1,000. So, if you vaccinate a million people, you're going to have a lot of people that have adverse side effects. You vaccinate 100 million people, you're going to have a lot. So, this is what we're dealing with.

Those weird days where things are shitty, one of the things that does is it really makes you appreciate the good days

[Mark Zuckerberg] actually said on the podcast that the CIA, or the FBI rather, had... contacted Facebook to tell them about the Hunter Biden laptop story, that it was Russian disinformation. So, the FBI actually had to make a statement about something that was said on my podcast... saying that what Mark Zuckerberg said was incorrect.

Know the way specifically, you know the way broadly. Know the way broadly, you know the way specifically.

But fuck man, just spend some time in nature...Just be with yourself and mind the stillness.

One of the biggest failures in life is to be extremely successful financially, but everybody hates you... and you're just miserable and alone and angry and depressed and sad. When you hear about rich famous people that commit suicide... you missed the mark. You got some parts right, but you put too many eggs in one basket. You put too many eggs in the financial basket or the success basket or the accomplishment basket and not enough in the friendship and love basket.

Discipline equals freedom

It requires a humility and it requires a detachment from self in order to create. When I'm writing, I'm blank ... I'm just staring. The part of my mind that's active is not like me; it's like this weird core function part where I'm not aware of my personality—I'm not aware of any of that. I'm just trying to put it together in a way that I know works.

It is SO IMPORTANT to examine and assess all the ways that you validate yourself externally which allow you to love yourself internally

The Trump era is also going to be one of the weirder times. When people look back historically about the division in this country, he's such a polarizing figure that so many people felt like they could abandon their own ethics and morals and principles just to attack him and anybody who supports him because he is an existential threat to democracy itself.

Look at the way people look at Alex Jones now, because Alex Jones has been on my podcast a few times ... The people that have watched those podcasts think he's hilarious. And they think that he definitely fucked up with that whole Sandy Hook thing, but he's right more than he's wrong.

Every time I've gotten better at stand-up, it's almost directly connected to bombing

I don't know what [the world] looks like in five years. So, in 2025, to answer your question, it could be anything. We could be looking at 'Mad Max.' We could be looking at the apocalypse. We could we could also be looking at an invasion from another country. We could be looking at a war, like a real hot war.
